The great and the meh

The location is superb, making exploration a breeze with a metro station right nearby. The room was sunlit and peaceful, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out.

Amenities were quite basic. the lack of dishwashing supplies in the kitchen was disappointing, and the furnishings felt outdated, lacking a modern touch.

visiting for a wedding celebration, i had a fantastic experience at Boutique Urban Madrid Genova Aparthotel. the location was super convenient, and my room was simple yet comfortable. it definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stays in the city.

For better convenience, bring your own hair dryer as they only have one for the entire hotel, and be aware of the limited kitchen supplies.

My experience was nothing short of frustrating. the air conditioning did not work at all, leaving us in a stifling hot room. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer, forcing us to deal with wet hair. To top it off, the noise from the road outside kept interrupting our sleep, making it impossible to relax.

the heating was a bit noisy,, but the room was spacious with good lighting and new mattresses. loved the daily cleaning service and the location near shops and restaurants (super convenient! ). got good wifi too.

The location was perfect for our family, close to chic cafes and shops. We loved being able to take our service dog along comfortably. Our kids enjoyed the simple breakfast, which fueled our adventures around the vibrant parts of Madrid.

The noise levels from the bustling area outside were sometimes distracting, especially at night when local bars kept the vibe lively. The room felt a bit outdated, especially the linens, which didn't inspire much comfort. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but there's room for improvement in amenities and comfort.
